If you’ve just come home from work and need your items urgently, simply enter your address at checkout, and we’ll deliver straight to your doorstep with no hassle.

Enjoy the ease and guaranteed peace of mind knowing your essentials will arrive when you need them most on your own time.

• Free Pickup: Available at Portmore Mall on Tuesdays and Sundays during designated times. After selecting your preferred time window at checkout, we’ll reach out to confirm the exact pick-up time. Please note, there’s a 10-minute grace period, and if missed, your pickup will be rescheduled for the next available day.

• Portmore Night Delivery: Available 7 days a week at a fixed price of $500JMD. Starts at 7:30pm ends at 9:30pm.

• Greater Portmore & Hellshire (Night Delivery): Available 7 days a week at a fixed price of $750JMD. Starts at 7:30pm ends at 9:30pm.

• Kingston & St. Andrew (Night Delivery): Available 7 days a week at a fixed price of $800JMD to specific locations. Starts at 7:30pm ends at 9:30pm.

• Kingston & St. Andrew (Morning Delivery): Delivery in and around Kingston and St. Andrew daily. Pricing differs based on your exact location. Typically, delivery in this area ranges between $700 - $1500. Completed by bearer.

• Portmore (Morning Delivery): Delivery in and around Portmore at a fixed price of $700JMD. Completed by bearer.

• Free Delivery: Available in Portmore, Half Way Tree, and Kingston completed daily at your home or office for orders that total $6000JMD or more.

• Free Shipping: Offered for Knutsford and Zipmail on orders that total $7000JMD or more. Shipped on Fridays.

• Zip Mail: Cost $500 for post office pickup and $850 for delivery to your door. Zipmail parcels are sent off on Wednesdays ONLY.

• Knutsford Express (STANDARD): Knutsford parcels are only sent off on Fridays. The amount of $700 is paid when collecting your package.

• Knutsford Express (RUSH): This is an expedited delivery method for Knutsford at $700. Your package will be dispatched on the same/next day. The collection fee is $700 at Knutsford.

Priority is given to these express shipments to ensure timely delivery within the specified timeframe. We highly recommend selecting this Shipping Method for Knutsford if you require your items urgently. We may require an extra day for processing when you select this method if your order includes custom prints especially in large amounts.

Your cooperation for smooth deliveries is appreciated. If you can't meet at the scheduled time, please inform us in advance. We make one delivery attempt; after that, you can arrange a pickup for your convenience or your order will be sent off via Knutsford Express or Zipmail depending on your original delivery method.

After your purchase, we usually ship or deliver within one to three days. However, the specific timeframe depends on your chosen delivery method, the purchased item(s), and your delivery address. All the delivery options listed above are available at checkout.

• Cash On Delivery: Made available to you based on the item(s) being purchased and your Delivery Method.
• Bank Transfer: Account details are provided at checkout. You CAN transfer funds from your bank to our account, even if it's a different bank.

• Credit/Debit Card: You are able to use your card to pay for your order through PayPal.

Thank you for placing an order on our website or considering us as a prospect. We request a 50% deposit or full payment, depending on your items and payment method. Please confirm payment within 24-48 hours.

Orders not confirmed within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled. Upon request, we can extend this period, but items are reserved for 24-48 hours only.
