Do we accept returns?
Yes! We do accept returns. These are our terms:
No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items, except for if flaws in workmanship are found. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will accept a return once the product only has defects that were caused by us and it is returned in its original packaging.
Email help@yovaluables.com or Whatsapp us at 1(876)399-7437 to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only undamaged items will be accepted for returns within 5 days of when the item was delivered to you. We will not be accepting any returns, exchanges, or refunds on any sensitive items, due to the nature of the spread of COVID-19.
Any returned item must be in its original condition, free of defects and damages that were not caused by us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 - 7 Business days. If your refund request is denied we will be more than happy to provide an exchange for the same or similar product that has equal value.
To return your product for a refund, replacement, or exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Unless the issue you experienced with the product was caused by us. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
Do we process cancellations and refunds for orders not yet shipped? Yes we do. Simply connect with us indicating that you would like to have your order cancelled and receive a refund. Please allow 3-7 Business Days for us to return your monies, you will receive a confirmation once this is processed.
