Important: We do not print black designs on matte. If you upload a black design and select "Matte" as your paper type, your order will be automatically canceled. To avoid this, please choose the "Glossy" option instead, or ensure your design is in a lighter shade or tone when selecting "Matte."

Upon confirmation of payment, we'll swiftly print and deliver your cards within 1-3 days. Please note that printing will commence only after we've received full payment this ensures a seamless process for you. Don't miss out on making your mark!

Designs with black or dark backgrounds require significantly more ink to print.

To maintain consistent print quality, we use premium inks. As a result, designs with heavy black or dark backgrounds incur an additional ink surcharge. Please select the Black Background / Ink Surcharge option once it applies to you.

If the surcharge is a concern, you may consider adjusting your design to use a lighter background, which would allow you to proceed at the standard print price.

Orders submitted without the correct selection may be delayed and will require the additional payment before printing can proceed. Thank you for your understanding.
